Recent cruise to Alaska

My family has been planning to have a cruise to Alaska, and we looked around to find the best deal to meet our budget. As BJ's member, we found that BJ's offer is most less expensive. So my wife and I called the BJ's travel and talked to the agent, Chris. He is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, considerate, and enthusiastic to get every details planned for us. We have seniors with us for the trips and need special requests. We called him three times before finally purchased the cruise. Each time it took over one hour. But he was always so nice and patient. He is absolutely great. Thank you so much, Chris!
